March Day Retreat

Ola and I met before lockdown when I attended her super spicy Rocket class. With a shared love of challenging flows and inversions, we have practised together for the last couple of years and I am now so pleased to say we are working together to offer a day filled with all things yoga!

This day retreat will be based around the solar plexus chakra, Manipura, which governs strength, courage, self-belief and empowerment. There will be a combination of strong and gentler yoga styles, and options throughout so all levels are welcome (although some yoga experience is recommended)

Lunch, snacks and drinks are provided, so all you need to bring is yourself!

Time 10am-4pm
