About Vicky Roberts
Welcome! I believe that everyone can benefit from practising yoga, not only from the physical practise, but from the lessons you learn on your mat and from the teachings of the yoga tradition and philosophy.

I’ve been practising yoga since 2017 and have completed teacher trainings in Ashtanga, Rocket, Vinyasa and the core teachings of the yoga tradition. I first fell in love with yoga when I joined a yoga class to complement the Crossfit training I was doing at the time.
​
This was the start of what I know will be a lifelong journey down the path of yoga, allowing me to reap an array of benefits that the practise has to offer, and help others to experience these benefits too!

My classes are designed to build both physical strength and mental resiliance, in a space where all levels of practitioners feel supported and challenged. I offers variations,modifications and progression to cater to individual needs, ensuring each student finds their unique path to growth.

My app is designed so that every person can practise yoga wherever you are! There are daily stretch sessions, strong vinyasa flows, beginners classes, led pranayama and handstand corner, where you can learn all the tips and drills to progress your handstand practise.
